There is the link that read Challenges under your inbox on the left side of the screen. Click that. Challenge other players there. Challenge players with less BA than you.

Challenges are based on the amount of attitude you have, how close to your weight you are, your happiness, and the expense of your outfit.

You can do staked or no-stake challenges. Staked challenges mean that money is involved. If you win, you get the money, but if you loose, you loose the money.

You can go to the Challenges section on the Forum and ask for challenges too.
When you get a challenge, you can either accept it or refuse it. Though loosing a no-stake challenge doesn't matter in anyway other that helping a other player.
